Job Activities:

You will perform detailed & meaningful diagnostic & troubleshooting to identify the root cause. If needed, you'll escalate the issue internally, all whilst ensuring a platinum client experience, we're seeking personable solution providers
Provide Technical Support to client applications, products and infrastructure.
Interact across Development and BA with analysis
Manage client expectations while working to contractual SLAs and prioritizing issues accordingly.
Oversight, QA and sign off for all go live and production changes/upgrades.

What we're looking for in successful candidates?

Background in ETRM / CTRM Domain, Buy Side / Sell Side or Vendor experience involving the support of a technical product would be appreciated.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology.
Proficient user in Microsoft technologies like C#, .Net, SQL.
Experience working with a scripting language or programming language
Excellent oral, written and face to face communication skills are essential
